We at the Transport Diversions Emporium try hard to provide good service - by this we mean delivering when we say we will, keeping you informed about the status of your order, and above all making sure that you are happy to do business with us. We are a small company (there's only two of us!) - no venture capital - and we care passionately about what we are doing.
If you have suggestions for ways in which we can do better - please let us know, and if we can we will implement your suggestions. If you are happy with what we have done for you - it's really nice to know that as well!
Here are some of the nice things people have written to us:
- Sometimes it takes a long time to get a title from the United Kingdom over to this side of the pond! On March 21, 2005 I ordered a book from one of your competitors (sorry, but you don't have it on your lists!) and I have not yet received it although they confirmed mailing it on March 29, 2005. On April 10, 2005 I ordered two volumes from your shop and I received it here in the United States on April 13, 2005 and you did not confirm shipping until April 11, 2005! And just to prove your excellent service is not a fluke, I have been waiting for a volume being shipped from the state of Hawaii since April 5, 2005. As always, great service and please feel free to quote me on this.

be hard for me to obtain more specialist railway books. Now I know where

gems and all the standard texts. It is informative, up to date and very
easy to use. An example for others everywhere to admire.
And the quality of the site is matched by the level of service provided
once I had made a purchase. I received accurate and prompt emails

here in San Francisco and was perfectly packaged.
