GLORY DAYS - WALLACE ARNOLD

For the many who hold pleasant memories of their participation in Wallace Arnold coach trips and holidays, this book will evoke nostalgic recollections of those trips and the era in which they were made.

LITTLE RED BOOK 2008

Little Red Book is an essential reference tool for anyone interested, either professionally or as an enthusiast, in the road passenger transport industry in the British Isles.

SCARBOROUGH TRAMWAYS

This album will take you n a peaceful journey in your armchair on a typical tramway of a seaside town in the early 20th century. It includes many views of bygone street scenes, early road transport vehicles and costumes from an era where no head went uncovered.

AVIATION

AMERICAN SECRET PROJECTS - FIGHTERS & INTERCEPTORS 1945-1978

Compiled by Tony Buttler, who has been researching the subject for many years, this book examines the great variety of US fighter designs between the end of World War 2 and the period immediately after the USA's withdrawal from Vietnam.

TSR.2

Although only flown as a prototype, the TSR.2 has become a perennially popular and controversial subject. This book will provide an in-depth and balanced view of the project. It will include new drawings for modellers, many photographs and colour artwork and much new material, which has been recently declassified, on this beautiful if ill-fated aircraft.

ROCKS IN THE CLOUDS

This title completes the Eddie Doylerush's coverage of the high ground aircraft crashes in Wales, following on his previous successful books No Landing Place (1985), Fallen Eagles (1990) and No Landing Place 2 (1999).

MARITIME

IRISH SEA SHIPPING

Covering the century from the 1870s to the 1970s, and including more than 300 photographs of the ships and the ports, Brian Patton's wide-ranging survey of the services and vessels that plied the Irish Sea and the Coast of Ireland

DRY CARGO BARGES ON THE HUMBER WATERWAYS

MERSEYSIDE THE INDIAN SUMMER - VOLUME 2

Volume 2 contains more than 190 photographs evoking the port of Liverpool and the seaside resort of New Brighton in the Indian summer of the Industrial Age and the order of Civilisation.

RAILWAYS

BRITISH RAIL MARK 2 COACHES

The Mark 2's have not always enjoyed a good press but author, Michael Harris, feels that they deserve a better hearing, and some rehabilitation of their image. No other vehicle design at any time on British railways had to be adapted so extensively, to incorporate electric train heating, air braking and air conditioning…..

British Railway Pictorial - CREWE NORTH

This volume aims to recapture the atmosphere of the main line between Crewe and Warrington in the days of steam, with an occasional glimpse of the machines that followed.

ENGLISH RAILWAY PHOTOGRAPHERS - OFFSHORE ON THE SOUTHERN

This album is a delightful collection of images of the Isle of Wight railways as they were operating in 1953 and 1956, when all the lines were open except the Ventnor West branch. However, even this line is covered in the book, as the track was still in situ in 1953.

FREIGHTMASTER - No. 47, AUTUMN 2007

This book is divided into two parts: Freight 'Hotspots'; and Freight Flows. Part One contains timetables which list booked freight and mail workings at over 50 popular locations, with headcodes, booked traction and much more. Part Two describes in detail all regular freight flows in this country by commodity.
