Carefully renovated and restored where possible to almost original condition, he spent hundreds of hours dubbing and editing this film, the end result being a truly unique 58 minute video, which manages to capture and recreate the wonderful sense of excitement and romanticism that was experienced by all those who were so fortunate to have sailed on those great liners that helped to make Union Castle the World's premier shipping line to Africa and the Cape.
