| In 1936 two highly capable engineers, David Brown and Harry Ferguson, got together to commence the manufacture of tractors in an engineering factory in Huddersfield, Yorkshire. Their first effort, the Ferguson-Brown A type was a milestone in British agricultural history. Although Ferguson eventually went off and joined Henry Ford, David Brown concentrated his efforts on the production of an all-British Tractor. The remarkable story of the first 30 years is told in this book. Contents:
