| We have a few copies of this title, which is now out of print. The price shown has been discounted to reflect that there is a later edition available. They are offered for sale for the collector/researcher/historians amongst you. Welcome to the 9th edition of our annual Civil and Military Callsign Directory and thank you to everyone who has sent us information in the past year. By the time Callsign 2003 was completed well over 2600 changes had been made to the databases since last year, including a significant number of additions and deletions. At the time it seems that the possibility of a war in the Gulf hangs in the balance. The UK airwaves have already seen an increase in military air traffic in the early part of the year and the coming months may well provide some interesting airband monitoring. The military database reamins based around the NATO air-arms plus a few other regular visitors to the UK. Apart from a few exceptions, as a general rule Military Callsigns noted since the 1st January 2000 are included the text. This is an on-going process and more deletions will be made in the future when they are positively identified. If there was any doubt about a callsign possibly still being in use, it has been left in the text. Contents:
