| | The Organisers of the Derbyshire National Road Run certainly included a few surprises on their route through the Peak District. Several miles of unsurfaced tracks meant tractors passed deep old quarry workings. Whilst crossing a bridge in a pretty riverside village drivers were startled to learn that two four-wheel drive tractors were on standby for the next hill on their route. Others were turned back as too wide! When keen hikers are asked to choose the route their local knowledge certainly can prove testing. As usual, with Vale Video, whatever your favourite wheeled tractor, you should find it here. The minimum of commentary by Jim Wilkie allows for plenty of sights and sounds of tractors working hard in spectacular rugged countryside.
