Welcome to the January 2010 Edition of the
Newsletter from Transport Diversions
May we say "Happy New Year" to all of you!
And, as usual, a
huge "thank-you" to all our customers. We trust you've been pleased with both
our service and your purchases. We continue to receive lots of nice comments
from you, in fact, far too many to acknowledge each one, but thank-you for
those also. As usual, if you're pleased with our service please tell your
friends. And if we've done something wrong, please tell us so we can try and
improve our service.
Another
"thank-you" to all our suppliers, whether they be book publishers, video
producers or whatever! We do depend on you to keep us informed of what's coming
and, indeed, what's no longer available, particularly to avoid disappointing
our customers. Another extensive range of new titles this year has kept the
business flourishing and we look forward to more of the same in 2010.
And a third
"thank-you" to the staff at the Royal Mail and all the worldwide Postal
Services who deliver our goods for us. Although often maligned we have little
to complain about, 99.94% of deliveries this year being trouble-free. Well
done!
Title News:
The beginning of
the month newsletter is where we recap all the information and changes for the
last month, so a lengthier list than the mid-month newsletters.

There are still a
few titles listed on the website as due in December which have not yet appeared.
